A 501(c)(3) nonprofit, complementary to the Pamoja Holistic Health digital platform (LLC)
We believe that access to integrative and ancestral healing should never be determined by income or insurance status. The Pamoja Holistic Health Foundation is being established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization — a charitable arm that works alongside the Pamoja digital health platform to ensure that underserved, underinsured, and uninsured community members can access the care they need and deserve.
Our mission
To remove financial barriers to integrative and culturally grounded care for those who cannot pay for all or any of their holistic health services — so that healing is a right, not a privilege.
Who we serve
Community members who are uninsured, underinsured, or facing financial hardship — with a focus on Black, Brown, Indigenous, and other historically underserved populations who have been excluded from mainstream healthcare systems.
Care we will fund
The Foundation will provide financial assistance for services that are often excluded from traditional insurance coverage yet are essential to whole-body wellness, including:
- Reiki & energy healing
- Acupuncture
- Indigenous & ancestral healing practices
- Herbal medicine & plant-based therapies
- Sound healing & somatic therapy
- Cupping & bodywork
- Spiritual counseling & ceremony
- Other integrative modalities not covered by insurance
